Use of the Website and the making of any purchase implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or make any purchase.

3. Products

The products offered on this Website are 100% digital and downloadable. They include written guides in PDF format and guided meditations in audio format.

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive:

A direct download link displayed on screen. An email containing the same download link.

Download conditions:

The link allows a maximum of 3 downloads. The link expires 6 months after purchase. If you experience any technical problems during the download process, you can contact hola@refugiofuturo.com and we will resend the material at no additional cost.

4. Price and payment

The prices shown on the Website include the applicable taxes (VAT), which are calculated automatically based on the buyer's country, in accordance with European Union tax regulations.

Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment platform. Bank and card details are never stored by the owner of the Website.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103.m) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once the download has begun, provided that the consumer has given their express consent and acknowledged the loss of this right.

By making your purchase, you accept this condition.

If you have not yet downloaded the content, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw, by notifying us in writing at hola@refugiofuturo.com.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and of the products sold (texts, guides, meditations, images, design, brand) is the exclusive authorship of S.A. Fenaux and is protected by current intellectual property legislation.

The purchase of a product grants the user a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for individual use. The following is expressly prohibited:

Reproducing, copying, or distributing the material in whole or in part. Sharing the download link or the downloaded file with third parties. Using the content for commercial, training, or any other purpose other than personal use. Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from the material.

Failure to comply with these conditions may give rise to the corresponding legal action.
